Installation of still wash concentration for TTD (subsidiary company of Tereos) in Dobrovice, Czech Republic.
Installation of beet still wash concentration from 10 to 60% of dry matter.
The concentration by evaporation from 10 to 22% is made by a system using the mechanical vapor compression.The installation is equipped with two evaporators, with forced circulation in series, on the still wash but in parallel on the vapor side. The nominal evaporative flow of this part is of 25 t/h. The electricity consumption of compression is of 17 kw by t/h of evaporated water.
The complementary concentration, from 22 to 60% of dry matter, is made by a sevenfold effect, exploited in the past in France, and reinstalled in Czech Republic.
The production installation is completed by a vacuum cooling and a separation by centrifugation of the mainly potassic salts.
The total evaporative capacity is of 36 t/h.
