Process Engineering

Honoré SAS and its engineering and construction offices study and develop the whole of the following process:

• fermentation workshop (discontinuous, continuous)
• distillation workshop (simple or double effect)
• rectification workshop
• dehydration workshop (molecular sieve, cyclohexane, or permeation)
• still wash concentration workshop (with or without crystallization)
• station of cleaning in place (NEP)
• upstream raw material stocking
• finished product stocking
• preparation workshop before bottling

A measure of Research and Development started in Honore SAS‘ company.
We currently work on several pilot plants mainly dedicated to the improvement of energy consumption on different production process and alcohol or solvent treatments.
