Honoré SAS carried out the turnkey construction of a double effect distillation workshop for the production of ARRAK from fermented juice resulting from the sap of the Coconut tree flower, on behalf of DCSL’s Company.

This workshop equipped with 2 pot stills with unit capacity of 68hl with atmosferic pressure for the first and in vaccum for the second, permit an important energy saving up to 60 %.

The pot stills, columns and condensers where made of stainless steel 316 L and copper.
