This part has been carried out for exposure "Steel Trees" at the park of Jehay, in the province of Liège within the framework of "Luxembourg and large territory, European Capital of Culture 2007". The whole of the parts is the subject of one second exposure at the park of Montaigu in Jarville within the framework of a collaboration with the iron museum of the large Nancy.

All the propellers are movable along with the wind. The collaboration of the Honoré SAS ’ Company: Following violent gales in this winter, the system of the propellers rotation, thought by the artist, showed fragilities and posed problems regarding the safety of the public. The initial set of propellers was quickly obsolete. The Honoré SAS’ Company carried out a technical study to remedy the found problems and took charge of the manufacture of the new propellers set. The achievement of the new parts would have been impossible for the artist without the competences and the efficient tools of the company.
